The 3-Day Inspection Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to inspect your item. If the product arrives and falls under either of the following categories, you are eligible for a full refund:
 Significant Misrepresentation:The item is not "as described" or differs significantly from the listing photos.
Defective Goods:The item has a functional or structural defect that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, please follow these steps within the 3-day window:
 1. Documentation: Take clear photos or a short video highlighting the defect or the discrepancy between the item and the original listing.
 2. Contact Us:Send an email to dieciocho18cho@gmail.com with your order number and the attached media.
 3. Evaluation:Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours.

Returns & Shipping
 Return Shipping:If your refund is approved due to a defect or misrepresentation, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and accessories.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Note:Any requests made after the 3-day inspection period has passed will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage all customers to open and inspect their packages as soon as they arrive!
